How to Install an Exhaust Manifold on 2010 Dodge Caliber?

First, lay a new exhaust manifold gasket carefully into place, without applying any sealer. Secure the exhaust manifold to the head using 34 Nm (25 ft. lbs.) and then screw the exhaust manifold heat shields in place using 12 Nm (105 in. lbs.). After that, bolt the exhaust manifold support and fit a new gasket for the catalytic converter. Join the exhaust pipe to the manifold by screwing the fasteners to 28 Nm (250 in. lbs.). After disconnecting the negative cable and the oxygen sensor electrical connector, reconnect them and then place the engine cover.
