2010 Dodge Challenger A/C Condenser Parts and Q&A
Q: How to Remove an A/C Condenser on 2010 Dodge Challenger?
A: Start by cutting off the negative cable from the battery to remove the A/C condenser. Clear out and remove the refrigerant from the refrigerant system. Afterthat, remove the front fascia. When having an automatic transmission, make sure to separate the lines from the transmission cooler ports. Disconnect both the power steering cooler lines from the two power steering cooler fittings. Link power steering cooler plugs and automatic transmission cooler plugs to the corresponding fittings where they should be. Don't connect the A/C discharge line or A/C liquid line with the refrigerant line tapping blocks. Secure electrical plugs in or seal the openings in the refrigerant line fittings and condenser ports. Take out all four bolts that connect the A/C condenser to the radiator. Gently push the A/C condenser lower by tilting its bottom and pull it out of the vehicle. If you must, put the A/C condenser on top of a workbench and remove the A/C receiver/drier.
