Adhere to the instructions on how much refrigerant oil should be in the A/C condenser, because improper amounts can result in an A/C system that doesn't run right and may harm the compressor. To add oil, refer to Refrigerant Oil Capacities if you're replacing several parts and to 1 fluid ounce of recommended oil when only the A/C condenser is replaced. Never leave out the refrigerant line O-ring seals and gaskets during removal of refrigerant lines, as this keeps the system from leaking. Put the air seals around the
Radiator and condenser where they should be to improve the cooling of the A/C and the engine. Set up the A/C receiver/drier on the A/C condenser and then put the condenser on the radiator and attach it using four bolts fastened to 5 Nm (44 in. lbs.). Remove any seals or sealing tape from the line fittings and condenser of your A/C and then place the discharge line and liquid line on the tapping blocks. Securely attach the power steering cooler lines to their mounting and if you have one, attach the cooler lines for the automatic transmission to the ports. Install the front end body and put back on the negative
Battery Cable. Empty the refrigerant system and introduce the proper amount of refrigerant oil, needed if the condenser is replaced or from the chart for other replaced details. After that, add refrigerant to the system and make sure the automatic transmission fluid is at the right level by filling it up as needed.
