How to Service the Rear Blower Motor Resistor on 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan?

Before servicing the blower motor resistor at the rear, remove the negative battery cable. After that, remove the rear heater-A/C housing and set it on a workbench. Disconnect the wiring connecter at the rear blower motor resistor. In the end, undo the two screws holding the rear blower motor resistor to the back of the rear heater-A/C part and take the part out.
