  A: Before servicing the links of the wiper motor, make sure to remove and isolate the battery negative cable. After that, take out both front wiper arms from the wiper pivots. Following this, remove the outer cover of the cowl plenum. Take out the wire harness connector connected to the front wiper motor. Loosen and then remove the screws (1) fastening the ends of the wiper module bracket to the cowl plenum (3). After that, detach the nut (2) securing the rubber insulator to the weld stud (4) at the bottom of the cowl plenum. To complete the rear wiper module work, unbind the front wiper module from the cowl plenum.
