2010 Jeep Wrangler A/C Switch Parts and Q&A
Q: How to Install the A/C Switch for Temperature Control on 2010 Jeep Wrangler?
A: First, place the A/C-heater control (8) into the instrument panel center bezel (7) and connect it by putting in the four screws (6). After that, tighten the screws to 2 Nm. Place the central bezel on the panel next and link the wire harness connectors 3 and 4 directly to the back of the A/C-heater control. Mount the mode control cable on the A/C heater control first and finish by connecting the temperature control cable. The next step is to join control cables 1 and 9 to the mode door control gear and temperature control gear, ensuring that all retaining clips are in place with the sector gears. When you're done soldering, insert the control cables to the back of the A/C-heater control and click the retaining clips so they are secure. At the last step, attach the wire harness connectors to the switches and power outlets as original, set the center bezel into place on the instrument panel and link the negative battery cable again.
