How is the Antenna Serviced for Keyless Start Systems on Chrysler 300?

Let the system reserve capacitor discharge for two minutes to keep the service safe. Look up and to the left of the glove box on the passenger side for the remote start antenna. You should start by dislodging the battery's negative cable from the other parts of the vehicle. After that, remove the screws holding the Wireless Ignition Node (WIN) and unplug the coaxial electrical cable connector from WIN. After that, take out the center strip gently to mark the routing point of the coaxial cable while removing the remote start antenna. Should you have a remote start antenna coaxial cable, disconnect it from the mounting clips. After taking out the glove box, loosen the screws from the remote start antenna module and then take out the antenna from the instrument panel assembly.

How to Properly Install and Replace a Radio Antenna on Chrysler Crossfire?

Insert the lead of the antenna into the base of the antenna and move forward. After that, lower the antenna hardware into the grommet. Set the nut onto the bracket and give it a good number of tightening turns. After that, connect the antenna mast (1) and screw it in until the tension is at 12 Nm (106 in. lbs.), so it sits all the way into the antenna base. When that's done, set the trunk liner back into place and link the negative battery cable.
