How to Service and Repair an Air Duct by Removing the Front Floor Distribution Duct on Chrysler Aspen?

The first thing to do to service or repair your air duct is remove the HVAC housing. After that, remove the six screws attaching the front floor distribution duct to the HVAC housing and lift out this duct. After that, take out the floor console and the front seats. Pull the carpet covering the front floor away from under the instrument panel, all the way to the rear of the vehicle. Take out the two push pin fasteners securing the right and left intermediate floor distribution ducts to the floor support. Separate the left intermediate floor distribution duct from the front floor distribution duct; if the right intermediate floor distribution duct is connected, you should disconnect it from the left intermediate floor duct.
