How to Service Blower Control Switches on Chrysler Pacifica?

The first thing to do for service on the rear blower motor switch is to disconnect and isolate the negative battery terminal. Then, take out the rear floor console (6) and set it on a workbench. The next thing to do is remove the rear floor console switch bezel (1) by depressing the back of each retaining tab (3) and sliding it from the console front. Remove the wire harness plugs (4 and 7) from the rear blower switch (5) and from each rear heated seat switch (2). Lastly, carefully remove the constant heated seat switches by prying them from the switch bezel in the back.
