First, raise the hood, then unhook the battery's negative cable. After that, lay the handle towards you and then slide your flat screwdriver between the B-pillar and the trigger switch to remove it. Detach the wire connection from the ajar switch and get rid of the switch. Connect the wire harness connector to the new door ajar switch and push the switch all the way into place. After that, attach the battery negative cable and shut the door.
