Always check that the exhaust system has cooled fully, as it gets very hot near the catalytic converter, before starting work on the front pipes. Kick the vehicle up on a lift, then disconnect the cables for oxygen sensor 6 and 7. Put support under the exhaust system and then use a socket wrench to remove the left and right side exhaust manifold flange bolts 8 and 9, followed by the center exhaust flange bolts 3. After that, take off the left and right exhaust pipes 5 and 10, as well as the bolts 1 at the right side exhaust pipe flange. Installation requires that you look at the exhaust manifold flange surface and replace it when needed. Put in place the bolts you got from connection 11, securing them to a torque of 20 Nm (15 ft. lbs.). Support the front exhaust pipes in their place in the vehicle, next insert the bolts through the flanges at the exhaust manifold on the left and right and after that attach the bolts to the center exhaust manifold stud 3, tightening all bolts to 20 Nm (15 ft. lbs.). Connect the connectors on the oxygen sensor wiring harness (6 and 7), put the oxygen sensor wire harness in place in the harness retainer, remove the exhaust system support and enter the vehicle.
