Dirty the outside of the pump and cover with O-ring, grease the O-ring with Mopar Dielectric Grease or equivalent and put a new O-ring on the water pump for installation. Take the water pump to the engine, fit the bolts in place and tighten them to a force of 12 Nm (105 inch lbs.). Also, install the timing belt, all the accessory belts and complete the job by checking the cooling system.
