How to Maintain the Headlight Switch on Chrysler Prowler?

First, detach and separate the negative battery cable for service on the headlamp switch. Lift the top cover on the instrument panel and pull out the connections from the switch. Push in the button on the bottom of the switch to take out the switch knob and remove the headlamp knob bezel afterward. After removing the nut at the back of the headlamp switch, pull the headlamp switch and mounting plate backward through the opening in the instrument panel to get it out. Before installing the headlamp, put the switch into the instrument panel and tighten the retaining nut. After that, put the headlamp knob bezel into position and push the headlamp knob until it clicks into the OFF position. Secure the headlamp switch wiring to its connector, replace the top of the instrument panel as you did before and reconnect the negative side of the battery.
