Unscrew the bolts on the A-pillar that hold the door check strap and take away the nuts fastening the check strap to the door end frame. Through the speaker hole, slide the check strap from the door. To install, insert the check strap into the door's speaker hole and put on the nuts, tightening them by hand to 11 N.m (90 in.lbs.) torque. After that, mount the check strap on the A-pillar and tighten the bolts to 12 N.m (105 in.lbs.). Once you've completed your work, slot the door speaker back into place and hook up the front door panel once more.
