Before serving the power steering reservoir, open the cap and remove as much of the fluid as you can with a siphon pump. After that, release the retainer and separate the cables from the top of the reservoir. Take off the clamp holding the supply hose to the reservoir and remove the hose. Once that's done, get the bolts and nut that are holding the reservoir and remove it as well. Mount the reservoir on the engine, lock it with the mounting bolts and nut and fasten them to a torque of 12 Nm (105 in. lbs.). Screw the supply hose into the fitting on the reservoir, making sure the clamp is attached just past the bead on the reservoir. Run the Power Steering Pump Initial Operation Procedure to bleed the system and carefully check if there are any leaks anywhere.
