The ICU must be placed again, using the original bracket 1, through the gap between the air conditioner lines and the exhaust manifold and installed in the same way it was taken out. Put the ICU mounting bracket over screws 2 and secure it using the screwdriver to 23 Nm (17 ft. lbs.). Lock and install the seal properly on the ABM harness connector before you insert the ABM wiring harness connector into the socket. Add the four chassis brake tubes to the ICU hydraulic control unit and tighten the tube nuts to 17 Nm (150 in. lbs.). Then put the primary and secondary brake tubes on the unit and tighten their tube nuts to 17 Nm (150 in. lbs.). Loosen the connecting screw on the carburetor, lace its spark plug wire up through the gap in the power steering pressure hose and then tighten the clamp on the exhaust manifold to 9 Nm (80 in. lbs.). Place the brake tube bundle routing clips onto the studs on the dash panel, add the heat shield there and then tighten the lower and upper mounting nuts. Take off the brake pedal holding tool, add the engine cover and reconnect the battery negative cable to its post. After that, join the scan tool to kick off the ABM process, fix any stored faults, ensure the master cylinder is topped off with the correct amount, bleed both base and ABS hydraulic systems, check for leaks and handle an ABS Verification Test.
