In case the wiper motor sits in a grommet that is cracked, brittle or damaged in any way, replace that grommet. Properly orient the wiper module in its mounting location such that the dowel, formed on the bottom of the wiper motor, slides into the mounting grommet. Install the two retainer bolts and torque to 8 Nm (70 in. lbs.). Join the electrical connector of the wiper motor. Then, put the cowl panel on. Assemble the
Wiper Arms and ensure to apply 18 Newton meters torque to the nuts. At last, join the battery's negative cable.
