Fasten the lower control arm to the vehicle before doing anything else. After that, bolt the lower arm to the frame, then to the axle connector. At last, drive the car down onto the ground and tighten the bolts to 251 Nm (185 ft. lbs.).

How to Remove and Service the Upper Control Arm on Dodge Durango?

The control arm should be disconnected from the vehicle by supporting and raising the rear axle. After that, remove the upper control arm bolt and flag nut on the side near the axle (3 and 4) and also remove the bolts and corresponding flag nuts that are connected to the frame at the other end of the upper control arm (1). After that, take out the upper control arm (2) from the wheels.
