When you're installing the rear door hinge, first use a suitable sealant for the upper hinge and then remove or move the hinges. Screw in the hinges and nuts on the door washers and ensure they are tightened so the force measured is 28Nm (or 21 ft. lbs.). After that, join the hinges to the B-pillar bolts and tighten them to 28 Nm (21 ft. lbs.) in the proper sequence, noting the right-hand door is shown and the left is opposite. Change the door's position as suitable. Always apply a good body sealant when removing or moving the lower hinges too. Put in the hinge and the B-pillar bolts and tighten them to 28 Nm (21 ft. lbs.) following the order provided. Installed the hinge and nuts on the door washers and tightened them to 28 Nm (21 ft. lbs.). Adjust the door, if possible and at last, install the lower B-pillar trim.
