How to Maintain and Fix a Fan Blade on Dodge Intrepid?

Before fixing the fan blade, unplug the radiator motor and take out the radiator upper crossmember. After draining the coolant a bit, pull out the upper radiator hose from the radiator. Loosen the fan attaching fasteners at the bottom and the clasp at the top, then raise the fan up to permit the radiator above it. Place the radiator fan exactly as before, attach the upper clip and secure everything with its fasteners. Attach the radiator upper hose, then the fan motor electrical connector. After that, put the radiator upper crossmember in place. The last step is to top off the cooling system.
