Under the main frame of the car, lift the car onto a jack, then put a flat block of wood across the whole width of the engine oil pan. After that, take out the bolts holding the cylinder block to the insulators (5) and the nut attached to the engine insulator mount's through bolt. Once done, use the jack to lift the engine and take out the thru bolt (2) and mount that secures the insulator.
