Press the intermediate shaft seal in place and fix it to the panel using the four tangs. Put the steering coupler shaft on the column next, followed by installing the upper pinch bolt and tightening it to 53 Nm (39 ft. lbs). After the steering wheel is unlocked, fit the knee blocker cover and place the knee blocker in the vehicle. At last, hook up the negative battery cable again.
