How to Install a Rear Track Bar on Dodge Ram 1500?

Hook the rear track bar (5) onto the vehicle and insert the track bar bolt and nut into the frame bracket, but do not over-tighten the nut yet. After that, add the track bar bolt and nut to the end of the bracket, making sure to leave them loose again. Then, take off the support that holds the axle, undo the supports and bring the vehicle down. Be sure to tighten each of the track bar mounting nuts/bolts to 175 Nm (129 ft. lbs.).
