The TPS is found on the side of the throttle body. First, you should remove the engine cover and after that, take out the air intake tube at the throttle body. First, disconnect the TPS's electrical connector and remove both of its mounting bolts before you remove the TPS from the throttle body. Slide the throttle shaft inside the sidereal radiation phase, so it can rotate by a few degrees when you install the throttle body. Should the sensor stay stationary, reinstall it with the throttle shaft opposite the socket tangs, because the TPS will experience some tension when rotated. Slide the TPS in place and add the two bolts, tighten with a torque of 7 Nm (60 in. lbs.). Turn the throttle control lever back and forth to find out if there is any restrictive binding in the TPS, then reattach the TPS connector, fit the air intake tube and position the engine cover.
