How to service the windshield washer reservoir on Dodge Ram 2500 Van?

When filling the windshield washer reservoir, unplug and insulate the negative battery cable. Remove the wire harness from the pump and the fluid level sensor of the washer. Pull out the washer supply hose from the pump and transfer the washer fluid from the reservoir to a clean container. After that, take out the two screws holding the washer reservoir top to the radiator closure panel. Slide the washer reservoir upward which will free up the mounting tab and take it out of the car. To fix the unit, restore it to how it was before, screw the hardware back on and insert five screws with an torque of 5.6 Nm (50 in. lbs.).
