How to Install a Grille on Dodge Ram 3500?

When the grille frame was taken out during disassembly, install it now (4). After that, place the grille (3) correctly on the hood (2). Place the six nuts (1) and attach the grille to the hood tightly, securing with 5 Nm (44 in. lbs.). Make sure to use the six screws (5) to fasten the grille to the grille frame and tighten them to 2.2 Nm (20 in. lbs.).

To take out the grille, open the hood and remove the six screws that hold it to the frame. Remove the nuts all along the perimeter of the grille and then raise it off the hood. Should you need to, you can take out the grille frame from the hood now.
