Begin the service by elevating and supporting the car under its rear frame. Take the nuts out of the links at the sway bar kit and use Puller C-3894-A to pull the links apart. After that, take out the sway bar kit retainer nuts and retainers, then remove the sway bar kit from the vehicle to change any worn, cracked, or distorted bushings. Afterwards, take out the upper mounting nuts and bolts from the links and remove the links. Attach the link to the frame brackets and then tighten them with the nuts and bolts. Get the sway bar kit in the car, making sure both sides are equal and then secure it using sway bar kit retainers, making sure they are tightened to 54 Nm (40 ft. lbs.). Screw the ball studs from the sway bar link into the bar and tighten them until the moment arm force is 68 Nm (50 ft. lbs.). After removing the support stand, lower your vehicle and fix the nuts securing the upper link to 68 Nm (50 ft. lbs.).
