Steering Shaft into the rubber grommet on the cab floor, making sure it is in place correct Following that, fix the universal steering shaft joint onto the steering gear shaft until you see the shaft hole line up with the radial groove on the steering shaft. Connect the steering shaft to the floor in the cab by using bolts and tighten them to 21 Nm (15 ft. lbs.). Proceed by attaching the bolt to the universal joint on the steering gear shaft and tighten it to 28 Nm (21 ft. lbs.). Assemble the spring for the brake, link it to the steering column, restore the electricity to the ignition lock and attach the combination switch. Following, attach the
Clock Spring and the
Steering Wheel and then add the electrical center. In the end, secure the ground cable back onto the battery.
