Dodge Viper Flywheel Parts and Q&A

  • Q: How to Install the Flywheel in a Clutch Assembly on Dodge Viper?
    A:
Mopar Lock & Seal or an equivalent should be applied to the new flywheel bolts in order to install the flywheel. Place the flywheel on the engine Crankshaft then lock it into place with the flywheel bolts. Tighten the flywheel bolts to 75 Nm (55 ft. lbs.), in sequence. Once the flywheel has been secured, install the clutch assembly onto the flywheel. Last, install clutch housing and transmission while making sure all parts are properly lined up and secured.
