Clamp only the pump body in a soft jaw vice, then push the tab and the clips will slide back allowing them to be removed. Take out the power steering reservoir from the pump body and toss away the O-ring seal. Before installing, apply Mopar Power Steering Fluid or an equivalent to a new O-ring and install the seal into the housing. Set the power steering reservoir on top of the housing and slide in the new clips into place, hitting them until they snap onto the housing. To finish, put back the power steering pump and release some power steering fluid. Install the system using brand new retaining clips.
