Adjust the refrigerant oil to the correct level before fitting the A/C discharge line to your 3.7L engine to avoid system failures and compressor harms. Make sure to use the Refrigerant Oil Capacities chart when replacing several Air Conditioner components. When you go to remove a refrigerant line, never forget to replace the O-rings and gaskets to avoid causing leaks. First, get rid of any tape or plugs in the Drainline's connectors and in both the Copart Compressor and Condenser. Install only the proper R-134a O-rings and the recommend A/C compressor oil, prepared in advance, onto both the discharge line's fittings and the new gaskets. Install the
A/C Condenser at the left side of the car so it has clearance, then link the A/C discharge line to the condenser and add the holding nut by hand. After inspecting the A/C condenser, stable it on the right side of the
Radiator with a 5 Nm (44 in. lbs.) bolt. Tighten the nut holding the A/C discharge line onto the A/C condenser to 22.5 Nm (200 in. lbs.). Following that, connect the discharge line to the compressor and tighten the securing nut to 12 Nm (105 in. lbs.). Attach the housing for the air cleaner and put the negative
Battery Cable back. Remove the refrigerant, fix the level of refrigerant oil and refill the refrigerant system as needed.
