First, set the vehicle on jack stands, supporting it at its axle for lower control arm replacement. Take out the retaining bolts from the stabilizer bar mounted on the suspension arm. After that, remove the lower suspension arm nut and bolt from the axle bracket. Move the exhaust on the right side down a tiny bit so the bolt can come out of the alignment hole. After that, pull out the nut and bolt from the frame rail and take out the lower suspension arm. When you install the suspension lower, the voided round bushing on the arm should point toward the axle bracket. Attach the bolt for the axle bracket along with its nut and bend the exhaust a little higher to check if working on the right hand side. The next step is to fix the bolts from the frame rail bracket, mounting them loosely, then fit the stabilizer bar retaining bolts onto the suspension arm. After dropping the vehicle down, tighten the nut at the frame and the nut at the axle bracket to 163 Nm (120 ft. lbs.).

Take out the pinch bolt from the top of the differential housing bracket and remove a few nuts from the heat shield to get it down enough for you to remove the right bolt from underneath the body. The upper suspension arm should be fitted into the rail brackets, bolts mounted and tightened to for a torque reading of 100 Nm (74 ft. lbs.). Tighten the heat shield again and after that, attach the support bracket and its bolts to the rear differential. Work the arm downward on the differential bracket, position the ball joint in the support bracket, install the pinch bolt, tighten the nut to 95 Nm (70 ft. lbs.) and leave the bolt loose. Afterwards, get rid of the supports and slowly lower the vehicle.
