  Before attaching the power brake booster, fit a new dash seal onto the studs on the booster. Slide both the push rod and the studs through the slots in the dash panel to fit the power brake booster into place. After installing the four brake booster brackets, tighten all the mounting nuts the proper way to 23 Nm (17 ft. lbs.). Cover the contact point between the brake pedal pin and the brake booster input rod with Mopar(R) Lubriplate. Screw the push rod end from the power brake booster onto the brake pedal pin, secure it with a new retaining clip and avoid using the old one. Set up and adjust a new switch on the brake pedal bracket, because you cannot adjust the old one once it is put in place. First, attach the steering column opening reinforcement to the steering column opening, holding it in place with the screws and then put the steering column opening cover (along with the air bag if used) on the instrument panel. Make sure the vacuum hose does not touch any objects by putting it in the right place when connecting it to the vacuum check valve. Always attach the vacuum hose to the vacuum check valve, set the master cylinder into place and plug the battery's negative cable back in. Should the issue persist, drain the brake fluid on the car's brake master cylinder for a sturdy brake pedal before use. At the end, go for a ride to test that your brakes are working correctly.
