  Raise and support the vehicle ahead of executing any work on the wheel bearing. Then, undo the nuts in the wheel mounts and lift off the rear tire and wheel assembly together. Remove the lower guide pin bolt to take the disc Brake Caliper off. Always be carefull not to stretch or damage the brake hose while raising the rear brake caliper. Pull up on the caliper while fixing it to the guide pin with your hand-just enough to take out the brake rotor-and secure the caliper assembly with wire or a bungee cord. Stand the car up and undo the clips retaining the brake rotor to the studs, then hold the brake rotor over the hub to slide it off the bearing. Then, take out the screw holding the wheel speed sensor head in the rear of the hub and bearing and remove the four bolts attaching the hub and bearing to the trailing link. In the end, unscrew the hub and removing the bearing.

  Put the hub and wheel bearing onto the half shaft axle and settle them over the brake support plate and trailing link on the vehicle. Put four bolts into the hub through the trailer's bearing, hand-tighten and then tighten them with a torque wrench to 105 Nm (77 ft. lbs.). Clip the sensor head into the retainer that's at the rear of the hub and bearing so that the flat edge faces toward the rear of the bearing. Lift the brake rotor onto the Parking Brake Shoes, onto the hub and onto the bearing. Pull the disc Brake Caliper down so it's positioned over the brake rotor and the lower part of the caliper adapter and tighten the lower guide pin bolt to 60 Nm (44 ft. lbs.). Clean every bit of foreign material from the threads on the outer C/V joint and then put the washer and hub nut on the end of the half shaft so it is tight. With someone braking the drum, tighten the hub nut to 245 Nm (181 ft. lbs.). Make the notches in the nut line up with the hole in the half shaft by tightening the nut further, but don't loosen it. The ends of the cotter pin should go around the lock nut tightly. Fix the new tire and assembly into place, tighten the wheel mounting nuts to 135 Nm (100 ft. lbs.) and then lower the vehicle. Depress the brake numerous times to confirm a sturdy brake pedal and start moving the car after that.
