You should use a particular clamp tool (NUMBER 6094) for smaller clamps and the Snap-On tool (NUMBER HPC-20) for large hose clamps, plus always remember to wear safety glasses. Loose both of the bypass hose clamps and slide them to the middle of the hose before you take it off the vehicle. To begin installation, attach the bypass hose clamps over the center of the hose and put the hose on the engine, locking both clamps after that. Fill the cooling system and then warm up the engine as you look for any ongoing leaks. If constant tension clamps need replacement, only replace them with clamps that have the same number or letter as those stamped on the tongue of your clamps.
