During installation, place the driver end plate onto the transmission and use bolts tightened to 46 Nm (34 ft. lbs.) torque. After that, fit the support cushion to the support bracket and screw in the nuts so the torque is 75 Nm (55 ft. lbs.). Put the crossmember over the support cushion studs, fix the stud nuts in place and tighten these nuts to 22 Nm (192 in. lbs.). After that, install your crossmember-to-sill bolts snugly at 41 Nm (30 ft. lbs.) and then remove the transmission support, lower the vehicle and reattach the negative cable.
