How to Remove and Install the Idle Control Valve on the Throttle Body on Jeep Wrangler?

As for the Idle Air Control (IAC) the motor is located on the backside of the (throttle) body. First, you will have to remove the two mounting bolts, take the IAC motor off the throttle body, then to remove it disconnect the electrical connector from the IAC motor. In order to install, sit the IAC motor onto the throttle body and fasten down by torquing the two mounting bolts to 7 Nm (60 in. lbs.). Also attach the air cleaner tube to the throttle body and finally reconnect the electrical connector.
