How is the Fuel Filler Neck Installed on Jeep Wrangler?

To fit the fuel filler neck, join the fuel filler tube, ESIM fresh air hose and ESIM fresh air filter and use them as a group within the vehicle. Connect the fuel filler tube into the rubber grommet of the fuel fill housing by passing through the opening in at the rear lamp body. Set in place the fuel filler tube support bracket and secure it with a 14 Nm tightening of the retaining bolt. Set the body down onto the frame and install the body isolators. Put one end of the lower fuel filler hose into the fuel tank and tighten the hose clamp to 3 Nm. Join the ORVR vacuum line quick-connect connection to the ORVR control valve and then attach the bottom fuel filler hose to the upper fuel filler tube before tightening its hose clamp so that it reaches 3 Nm. Attach the quick-connect part of the ESIM air hose to the incorrect end of the ORVR vacuum line at the fuel filler tube. Attach the wheelhouse splash shield on the left rear side, place the wheel and tire and only then bring the vehicle down. Fit the left rear lamp unit and then attach the negative battery cable. After that, start the car and look for any leakage.
