In order to fix the transmission mount, disconnect the battery, lift the car, and remove the through bolt and nut. Support the transmission and remove the insulator and reattach the back engine support bracket. Install the insulator and fasten all nuts to specified torque, lower the vehicle and reconnect the battery.
