How to Service and Repair the Blend Door Actuator on 2000 Dodge Viper?

To service the Air Door Actuator/Motor, remove the right-side knee bolster and steel plate assembly, then heater (A/C) air ducts. Remove actuator cover, label and disconnect vacuum lines, remove the C-clip from the actuator arm, and unfasten vacuum actuator mounting screws or nuts. Reinstall by reversing these steps.
