How to Maintain a Seat Heater Switch on 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee?

Make sure to remove and isolate the battery negative wire before starting to handle the seat heater switch. Get rid of the center lower bezel in the instrument panel, unscrew the four screws on the back of the bezel where the switch is and then get rid of the switch. Install the switch on the back of the instrument panel center lower bezel and fasten the four screws there to 1.5 Nm (13 in. lbs.). After that, place the center lower bezel back on the instrument panel and link the battery negative cable again.
