How to Maintain a Coolant Reservoir on 2001 Chrysler PT Cruiser?

Before servicing the coolant recovery bottle, make sure you remove the coolant recovery hose and the MAP sensor hose from where they're connected. Disconnect the power steering reservoir from its bracket and place it nearby out of the way. Open the bottle and remove all fasteners connecting it with your engine. Place the coolant recovery bottle in place and fasten all screws to 4 Nm (35 inch lbs.). Connect the MAP sensor, place the power steering fluid reservoir on the support bracket and join the recovery hose to the outlet for coolant. After that, top off the container to the recommended height.
