How to service a drain plug on 2001 Chrysler PT Cruiser?

Before touching the radiator drain plug, empty the cooling system. Spin the draincock to the left, until it no longer turns, then spin it back half a turn before you pull the spout from the tank. To install the draincock, put the stem through the radiator tank and push until it is secure. Rotate the draincock clockwise until it doesn't move, then begin to fill the cooling system.
