The right engine mount is best worked on after you remove the coolant recovery container and the heater tube front screw. Nelson says to place the vehicle on a hoist before removing the inner splash shield and the rear attaching screw from the heater tube. Following that, take out the vertical fasteners attaching the right engine support assembly to the frame rail. Place the car on the floor jack and keep the floor locked in place with a wood block on the engine oil drainpoint to decrease the load on the engine mount organ. Unbolt the engine support assembly to the engine bracket and remove the right engine mount. To put in place the right engine mount, secure the frame rail to the mounting bolts after which tighten the bolts to 61 Nm (45 ft. lbs.). Tighten each mount to engine support bracket bolt to a tightness of 61 Nm (45 ft. lbs.). Lift the car with a hoist, then attach the heater tube rear attaching screw. Put the inner splash shield back in, bring the vehicle down, attach the heater tube front attaching screw and place the coolant recovery container.
