  • Q: How to Remove and Replace a Piston in an Engine on 2001 Chrysler Town & Country?
    A: In order to change the piston, disconnect the battery, then take off the cylinder heads and oil pan, and ridge reamer when necessary. Take out the piston and connecting rod assembly, label it. Install new staggered-ring gaps pistons and make sure they are correctly oriented. Install connecting rod bolts, reassemble cylinder heads and pour in oil in the crankcase.
