How to Service and Repair a Dimmer Switch on 2001 Dodge Neon?

To repair the combination switch, remove the battery negative cable and the steering column shrouds. Disconnect the connectors of the harness and remove the multi-function switch. Transfer the flasher and the wiper switch to the new switch and fix it, reconnect the harness, replace the shrouds and reconnect the battery.
