How to service and repair the windshield Washer Pump on 2001 Dodge Ram 1500 Van?

To fix the windshield washer motor, disconnect the battery negative cable and the headlamp and dash wire harness. Drain the washer fluid, remove the pump from the reservoir, and remove the old grommet in the process. Install a new grommet, reattach the pump, connect the hoses again, refill the reservoir and connect the battery.
