How to Remove and Install an Intake Manifold Temperature Sensor on 2001 Jeep Cherokee?

An Intake Manifold Temperature (IMT) sensor is found in the plenum of the intake manifold next to the throttle body. Unplug the IMT sensor's electrical connector first and then take out the sensor from the intake manifold. After installing the IMT sensor, torque it to 28 Nm (20 ft. lbs.) and then reconnect the electrical connector to the sensor.
