How to Service the Headlight Switch on 2001 Jeep Cherokee?

In order to service the headlamp switch, turn off the airbag system by unscrewing the negative cable of the battery. Turn off the knee blocker, move the control knob to ON and get to the release button and take out the switch. Unscrew the harness of the wire and mount the new switch then screw everything back.
