How to Replace the Antenna Cable on the Instrument Panel on 2002 Dodge Ram 1500?

In order to insert the instrument panel antenna cable, you need to disconnect the battery negative cable. Take out the glove box, center bezels and radio. Unscrew the old cable of the antenna and screw in the new one. Install radio and bezels again and reconnect the negative end of the battery cable.
